She is responsible for all the know-how management and legal support within the Administrative Law practice group and has experience with the design and implementation of Stibbe internal knowledge systems. Tess has a master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Utrecht University. During her master’s degree course, Tess participated in a comparative moot court organised by the European Commission on the implementation of European environmental law.
